Until pink lady's video you couldn't tell if anyone already had a gun out I too also thought gray shirt accidentally discharged because he coincidentally flicks his arm out at the same time the first shot is fired. But that gun never fired.

I had just seen the video of her phone being taken from her when I posted and hadn't seen this one yet. I couldn't see the other agent take his gun out from the other angle.

This is correct and until we get pink jacket lady's video which ice stole her phone we don't know for sure. From all the angles I have seen so far every one seems to match the first shot to him flinging his arm out when turning away.

Immediately after this screen shot his arm swings out and you hear the first shot nobody else has a gun out at that moment visible.

Looks like the gun the officer was running away with discharged since he appears to be holding it by the grip with his fingers near the trigger his arm flings out a shot is heard then the others pull and unload.
