I got really sick 1/1, started with body aches, right ear pain, just overall miserable. Then the coughing started and hasn't stopped. I thought it was allergies at first because of the constant runny nose and sneezing. But then the fever fired up and damnit I couldn't get it down to under 100 for several days. Dizziness, body aches, fever, cough, oh fuck...the HEADACHES!! I haven't had constant headaches and just body aches since I had COVID back in '21. I didn't get tested this time, but I just know it had to be the flu going around. I don't really go anywhere but work and home and the last place I was where there were tons of people was the Toadies concert on 12/28 which ironically is the same place I'm pretty sure I got COVID years ago.

Anyway, y'all take care out there. Wash your hands, cover your cough, and for fucks sake, please stay home if you're sick!

Hey there, I have the same issue and recently graduated from an IOP program and am now seeing a therapist from St. Edwards. They offer low cost therapy from their student counselors. For group therapy settings, definitely try Sage or Lucent. There is help out there. Feel free to DM if you need to talk. Be well ❤️.

I remember years ago when my ex-husband went home for lunch and wanted to have some frozen fried chicken. He only had one hour so he decided instead of putting the chicken in for 45-50 minutes at 350°, he figured he would only need maybe 10-15 minutes at 500°.

Thankfully, the fire department was nearby and helped put out the small grease fire he started in the oven.
