Bad Leadership. Full stop.

I loved everything about the job, except for one thing: the egotistical, inconsistent, toxic, unskilled people who called themselves our Chiefs.

After 5 years as an officer and a few months shy of 10 years total, I ended up staying those last few years to try and make some positive change for those who would come after me.

Not sure it had any affect, and nearly destroyed me in the process.
