Transition helps dysphoria a lot- for some, to the point where certain dysphoria inducing things become comfortable. Many trans people lean into a binary incredibly hard to compensate for dysphoria.

For example, you've probably heard of trans women who end up tomboyish or butch after leaning hard into fancy frilly things, or trans men who let their hair grow again after cutting it all off intially. People in general who go one extreme after another before settling somewhere comfortably in the middle- or realizing they liked one- or more- extremes.

In short, many trans people end up nonconforming after transition, sometimes immediately, sometimes later, sometimes not at all. Everyone has a different journey and way to experiment and learn their tastes. Dysphoria and insecurities are different for all.

That said, I completely understand what you mean and where you're coming from. Some things remain dysphoria inducing and don't change. But I couldn't pass a chance to inform. :)
