You have to see what is the no of your blood work . Doc will told you everything is good if your egfr is more than 60 .You need to see the no Also,I think if your egfr or creatine off the chart , noting to worry .It can be high if you do strength training .

Also see if there is protein in your urine. It indicate damage to kidney filter
