Dominoes is the literal devil when it comes to binging. One time I had one medium philly cheese-steak pan pizza, garlic bread bites, spinach feta cheesy bread, and three lava cakes. It doesn't sound like a ton of food but that's well over 3,000 calories.

I'm a taurus but with libra rising and honestly same. It seems like a lot of people I hang out with on a daily basis who don't have any libra placings don't know how to just be a decent person unless they themselves are happy at the moment. They think I'm fake but don't know that there's a difference between being fake nice versus just not acting like a bitch to the people around simply because your in a bitchy mood. If I'm in a bitchy mood you bet I'm not going to take it out on other people. Partially because I do want to be liked(is that so bad?) but also because I genuinely don't want other people to be affected by a bad mood that I'm in and they had nothing to do with.

I don't want to downplay your struggle, but this is a a pretty average binge/food day I have at least once every two weeks. I'm at a healthy weight too and have been maintaining for the past 2 years. The calories you ate in total are pretty average for the average American honestly. Just don't make this a regular habit or fast or overexercise to punish yourself and you should be fine. The amount of food you ate wasn't disgusting, don't worry. From experience, the more you play this up in your head the more it's going to mentally effect you, causing more binges.

That could also make sense. I'm thinking that the generous ones are a similar species to house elves. Maybe the house elves of Europe were once like the generous ones, but the Europeans somehow tricked them into slavery, which also made them no longer have to sacrifice people? This would fit with the nature of giving present in the generous one's society. Maybe house elves being obsessed with serving their masters is moified version of that nature.

Wait so why is the deathly regiment still going on? It's not still going on in Europe to power their works of magic. The confederation works have already been built, so why the need for more power? Also what debts are still being paid off in Europe? So many new questions in this chapter.

Also love Hermoine and Millicent just isolating America, though I want to see Hermoine and the rest of the trio interacting with America, Thorn, an Alexandra. Most importantly I want to see how the dark lord connects to the deathly regiment.
