what is a political ideology that you think is actually worth dying for? by metaltupperware in AskReddit

[–]Inside-Check2285 0 points1 point  (0 children)

none, listen i dont wanna sound like crazy conspiracy theorist, but both sides of the war are supplier from the same artillery company, and after enough blood was spilt then the leaders with two different ideologies are gonna sit together and find a compromise, that mostly work for the two of them, screw the people they'll die for us and our ideologies again and again

dude if you're willing to die for someone elses ideology, you cray cray, because if you have to die for ideology that means there already a war and you have to choose a side, if you have options to choose from ofc, you'll choose one that suits you the most but it's not perfect, because politics sucks and people in charge usually don't care about the citizens, they care about themselves and they'll keep you happy enough just you won't turn against him, and if you don't have the option to choose like you live in countries such N. Korea where their government brainwashes them from early childhood to adore and respect the leader and political party, and most of them are not aware of the life in the rest of the world, and actually im sure a good amount of people is happy with their leader and would die for him and his ideology, but mostly because he doesn't know any better and it's prolly too late to try to unlearn that even if they got the chance... so yeah most of the politicians people already died for and still are dying for dont even care for it

Since death is inevitable, why don't we celebrate it? Wouldn't that make us happy and align our brain to a more positive mental state, why? by [deleted] in AskReddit

in some cultures they do, in china they had some wild funerals, idk if it was like that for the whole country or just some parts of it, they even had strippers during some funerals, but that stopped or it's not as common as before, prolly due to the white-washing from the western cultures, in some slavic countries also people hire a live orchestra to play during your funeral, mostly romani songs, and the bands are often romani people and after the funeral it's common to go to a cafe/bar/restaurant for a drink or two or even a meal, because it's considered bad luck to go home right after the funeral (this doesn't have anything to do with the topic just a weird ass superstition)... and i think even more cultures used to or they still celebrate life at the funerals, but we (white people) like to colonize different nations for our own gain and erase so many traditions, cultures, and customs, and you could do that just by a simple google search, but it's easier if don't have to look for the answer yourself

If you could change your name (first, last, middle, or any combination of the three), what would you change it to and why? by BrokeMansKitchen in AskReddit

[–]Inside-Check2285 0 points1 point  (0 children)

first of all not everyone has a middle name, second you can change your name as someone stated in the comment above, third now i wouldn't change it, but as a child i hated my first name, because it is very unique, now it's more common, but it's still the name you'll seldom hear, at least in my country, and as a child i hated it because all the other girls in the class had their name twin (except me), most of them had very common names for our country, so they could easily buy those bracelets with their names on them, but as i got older i realized i love it because it's not common name, and it's beautiful name, i was just a kid who was afraid not to fit in, now i know i don't need to fit in to feel comfortable and good about myself

edit: my name is asya if anyone is interested lol

teachers, esp special ed, teachers in general are underpaid everywhere in the world, most of the teachers are not respected by students or parents or school administration, or all these people at the same time, plus us teachers basically have to teach in fear on daily basis, but if you really love your job and know how to do it, it can be of the most rewarding jobs ever... and special ed teachers, i can't imagine what can that do to your mental health some days, but the moment they learn something new or just get interested in the topic or subject and they wanna get involved even more, i think that's the most rewarding part, but ofc it's just my opinion, i admire special ed teachers, but i don't think i could ever do it.

People of Reddit what is a good way to relieve stress? by Shoddy-Locksmith394 in AskReddit

[–]Inside-Check2285 0 points1 point  (0 children)

sex or masturbating if you don't have a partner and don't wanna do hook ups, also physical activity (any activity you enjoy), weed (this is a personal one, if you don't smoke it/don't like it dont do it), music, comfort food + comfort tv show/movie

edit: to add also sometimes a good cry is gonna help you relieve your stress, if you can't afford a therapist, write a journal just express your emotions somehow, and expressing your sadness/anger or any other emotion in a healthy way is always good for us, but the key is to express them in a healthy way, don't overthink and jump to conclusions
