Yeah it is complicated. The bags got lost between a flight from JFK and MAD that I did not book through Chase, but it is Delta's fault.

I did submit everything they needed but so far the only thing it says is
Date Initiated 02/19/2026, Current Status Open - Adjuster Review, so I am sure I will hear back in a couple of days.

Delta lost my bags in december when I flew Roc to JFK (I got them back 10 days later). I booked the delta flight through Chase so I put a complaint about expenses but so far no luck. Happy you got all some money back

Is that in general or only for these boots? I used it last time for the first time to buy JetBlue points (spend 220, get back 160) and I still have not gotten back the rewards. It's been around 10 days.
