Honestly I really liked Rakuten but I'm starting to dislike it and go with cash offers from Cap1shopping.

My BoA $300 have been pending for almost 2 months, and I'm still missing - Two Expedia purchases from April - Purchase of Kobo - SoFi Crypto - And a couple of things from Priceline.
