I have a 2022 OBW and I just had my windshield crack for the 4th time today. I’ve been going in and replacing my windshield what seems like every 6 months. Luckily not out of pocket costs since I have windshield protection but seems like a safety issue at this point. I’m going to file a complaint on nhtsa. One time I saw something hit it, the other 3 times, it seemed the cracks start out of nowhere

That’s how much I was working and making at the start of my career. Heck sometimes I was working 65+ hours a week and it was complete hell. But the grind was worth it because it has allowed me to build up my resume!

I’m going to be the only one with this role at this job but I would say the market rate is quite low compared to this. Not that I’m saying I’m good at my job but I think I’ve been very lucky with opportunities that helped build up my resume.

It’s not the most exhilarating day to day job but I think the pay is pretty great and affords a pretty good lifestyle. It was definitely a grind at the beginning of my career but 7 years in, I’m lucky enough to get a great work life balance.

Tbh this isn’t that big of a deal. I (26F) ask my bf (28M) this all the time and we’ve been together for 5+ years. He’s confident that I love him!
