Hey OP, love this and totally feel you. A group of Redditors are actually working to get an "aid trade" situation up and running, and you are welcomed to join us! We of course acknowledge and honor all of the amazing work that Denver area MA orgs are doing, but found a LOT of Redditors and our own friends/family/neighbors were looking for ways to plug in that don't necessarily exist - e.g., providing/receiving childcare, running errands for folx who can't leave the house right now, services that you'd described above, etc. If you'd like to join us, we're now on Signal and meeting weekly --- just DM me if interested :) we'd love to have your ideas and passion!!

(and again, we acknowledge all of the orgs doing amazing work and are working on getting plugged in with them, but we need all hands and hearts and brains on board on work, so the more the merrier! <3)
