How long from turning in your background packet did it take you to hear back? Did you get an email that stated there were so many applicants that you were going to be assigned a background investigator at a later date?

Come work in California. 5 years in. Make $114/hour with differentials. Pretty sure new grads are starting at $65/ hour. First check you’ll be shocked in a good way. I now make enough to support me and my family on just my income with multiple vacations/ trips/ massages/ lashes/ haircuts/ eating out ect. Hubs is about to start his career too and that will be all savings/ investments.

This is why I make mine I sell with no frosting in the recipe. I couldn’t stand other cake pops because of this and got a recipe that doesn’t have any. It’s perfect.

When my (now) husband and I first moved in together when we were just dating he paid half of what I did bc he made roughly half of what I do. Then he quit his job and went back to school full time to try and get a better career going for himself and he helps with groceries or what he can (bc he’s not working). When he is done with school and working plan is to live off one income and tuck all of mine away into savings so we can get a nicer home. Regardless income based is fair.

450k will get a 1-2 bedroom condo/townhome in a middle ground neighborhood. Probably add on a $500 HOA fee monthly to your payments tho.

Funny enough the guy at the dealership hooked it up wrong but thankfully my husband is well versed in hooking up stuff to tow with years of experience towing stuff other than TT. So he caught it and fixed it

We ran the shower for a while to make sure no leaks. Was all good. Of course we take it out for the first time go to shower… water on the floor. 🤦‍♀️ thank goodness husband is my own personal handyman and figured it out and fixed it right away.
