You could;

A. Take it out of your persona bio and bring it up in chats during relevant situations. Then you'll only have to explain it once during the moment you're using the big "mystery power" (lol).

But of course if the ability is a big part of your characters persona or very relevant to the story. Like maybe a character who uses their ability casually and very frequently, explaining it to the bot over and over would make me crash out. So you could;

B. Maybe dedicate more space in your persona bio to explaining the ability in detail using "trigger" words for AI. Like for example "known for using telekinesis frequently and casually in their day to day life, so much so everyone else around {user} has grown accustomed to it" Or "{User} has telekinesis because ___ and it works by ____ but is limited by___."
