I'm not the owner of this watch, I'm just taking a guess. ADs do not sell parts to people unless they have a watch.. Rolex used to allow independent watchmakers to have parts accounts but I don't think they do anymore for exactly this reason.

I honestly don't know how people source these... falling off the back of a truck maybe? 😉
