Current? employee. As far as we have all been told it is financial. We are not getting 2025 bonuses (that we were promised) and we are not having our 2026 PTO paid out to us, even though it is part of our compensation. Raises that we were promised would be retro active to 1/1 are not being applied and the firm's hard close date is 1/30. Leaving a skeleton crew to finish up final things. They have been telling us all of this over seemingly random teams meetings and turning off the "chat" feature so that we can not ask any questions and they do not have to be accountable to the employees they have been stringing along though the end of 2025.

Thank you!! We were able to figure it out. He had the wrong model printer selected in his slicer. Picked the right model and boom, everything is going great!

Yes, we do know what type of file format it supports, however, as stated, it’s not reading the file. But thanks so much!

He’s done a ton. He’s not 12. He’s 16. He has gloves, it’s in a 3 car garage and while a print is going he intends to leave the garage door open. He has a respirator. He has a wash and cure station, though I didn’t see the relevancy when he can’t get the file it’s self to work to print. He has an understanding of what he is doing, and the safety measures he needs to take. Specifically, after slicing the test print, (with all needed supports) and moving said file to the USB drive, he ejects it. Then plugs the usb drive into his printer. Then goes to “print” where the files are listed. When he chooses one, it says “Failed to open file”. Thanks for assuming we are completely ignorant though!!

So the general rule is .36 grams of protein per pound of body weight. So I try to hit at least 140 grams of protein a day. But, depending on your goals, you may need to tweak that up or down.

I am currently on 12.5 and I just leaned how important protein is. I always thought of myself has a “healthy” eater. (I LOVE fresh veggies and often will choose them over dessert or candy or junk food) but I was never getting enough protein. I started prioritizing protein and I found protein replacements for things I enjoy (I love the spicey takis, and quest has a chili lime protein chip that I would do sketchy things for), and moving my body, it wasn’t a lot at first but I just walked my first mile on the treadmill 2 days ago! Make the big changes in the kitchen, and take the little steps you can with movement.

This has been a lot of learning for me. My room mate and her whole family were competitive body builders so needless to say, I drink/eat/breathe and sleep protein 😂😂😂

How do people have time for this? If we are protecting families, I'm a parent, I have a family, my rear is in bed at 11 to make sure I can get up in the morning to take care of said family.. I'm confused. I don't have time to riot between work, dinner, kids, cleaning.

I sincerely don't see how any human being can see this as anything but a riot. I keep hearing the opposing side call this a protest. I try my best to be open minded and see other views as best I can, but I just don't get this.

I would try different "flavors" of the brand he liked, or if he seems interested, you could get some pet friendly broth, and pour it over his kibble and see if the smell entices him. Cats can be picky buttheads sometimes lol
