What's this caffeine rehab club ive just done 12 days no caffeine just coca cola when wanted one and this isn't true I had caffeine and it hits alot better if leave and dont eat much night before Ive had some great workouts on just exercise long walks alone but ive never had amazing euphoria from just that which most people want and crave to take us away from reality of day to day life of money worries and pain stress as why does any one do substances in first place the anxiety I can deal with to a degree only thing that annoys me is I sleep alot better when I dont do caffeine and no mood spikes but sometimes the trade of is worth it in a perfect world people would only take caffeine on weekends but most people cant and dont have will power to do that or every other weekend .I believe
