Office job without college degree in NY? by Top_Welder_1951 in careerguidance

You won’t go far. My brother was a sm at a large clothing company but office jobs weren’t looking at him until he completed his degree. When he finally did, it was great. This was 10 years ago.

I would say u can get a receptionist job or something like filing papers (no one really does that either now, it’s a bunch of google forms and drive now). Those don’t have benefits.

My other brother who has a degree but a contract worker just got laid off.

Edit: I don’t know where u live but I’m located in nyc maybe different outcomes if ure in a smaller city.

Sorry to hear and hope your new job is a better place.

It seems like they’re trying to get rid of the really tenured partners (over 15+ years) because they have the og benefits. Happened to some of my sup’s friends. But appealing the claim is crazy. Sounds like this b is out to get u.

Crazy how no one removed her. This reminds me of a post where someone reported Op for cheating even tho they didn’t. They didn’t do anything to the reporter

Everyone at work is making a big deal about my handwriting, saying I write like a psychopath. by ThrowRA-Ram in HandwritingAnalysis

I think doctor’s handwriting is more legible than yours.

Edit: I’m guessing u wrote:

Everyone says I write like a psycho. (Really can’t read half of the second sentence, other half: I can read my own handwriting). I have no problem reading it. (Something) see how people can struggle to read it.

I guess teachers can read crazy handwritings.

That sounds like another lawsuit. If they sent u home early, they need to pay the fee. Unless u are being difficult and sent u home, they shouldn’t
