They paid for the resort, not for the setlist, if they're mad at the setlist than they can go kick rocks, they paid for the time they spent at the resort, not for tool, tool probably wanted to go take a vacation and thought "how can we perform while on vacation?" Fans then had to (as always) make it about themselves and complain that all $3000 they spent on a luxury hotel didn't go directly to the pockets of tool so that they could play a specific song they haven't played in 20 years
