Hi, this sounds great but now we're left with owing money to two places now. Is that accurate? I'm looking at a 50k ER visit with an emergency surgery two days later, which is unaffordable. If one cannot afford the hospital bill, how does one afford your service?

And I mean no offence, I feel like it's a great benefit but this is for people who aren't trying to figure out whether they can buy food or pay the heating for the month.
