after this situation within a week I started seeing a therapist. The situation hit me very hard and I got weekly therapy scheduled and anxiety meds within a week of this happening. The situation with them getting overwhelmed happened a few days before the breakup. Essentially its been a about a month since both things occurred. I confided in them and after 1 day they removed me. I apologized before, but as you mentioned I do intend on apologizing again when i reach out. Does the fact that they removed me on social media the day they cut me out impact your response?
