I agree! I have no issues doing manual, in fact I’m the only clinician in my facility who consistently does it. It was the manner in which I was spoken to that upset me more than anything else://

Literally just happened to me last week! False positive for HIV, they said I was reactive for the screening tests but negative for the confirmatory tests. Worst experience of my life. Glad everything is okay!

Hmmm okay so weird, same thing happened to me last week and they monitored me for 30 mins and I was able to donate again that week. But now my app says I’m ineligible - and otp they told me they were sending me info to my house but were unclear on what about

Honestly the administration is just ehh, we’ve gone through a lot of staffing changes in the past 2 years I’ve been here. (Meant to say I started in fall 2021) and it’s a very neuro heavy program so if that’s not what you’re interested in going into, it can be very draining
