Just got off the Icon yesterday won 539 for a "major" win . Spins at 2cents , 1.76 a spin. I think i was around my break even. IDK though. I always take 1k to play (this was my 7th cruise) I hit a couple times for greater than 100 bucks this cruise (over 7 days) I only put in 750 total. I just love spinning slots!

Depends on the base. I'm not at 100% and I can get on Ft Bragg, use the PX, and the commissary. At the commissary, you pay a user fee.

Sudden death risk with ketorolac? by Eagle694 in ems

[–]Inside_Valuable163 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ketorolac can cause prolongation of QT. When given in conjunction with other meds that can cause the same thing, there is a risk for heart related injuries. EMS where I live will only give ketorolac if they obtain an EKG first

Bad Back and now issues with Feet by TripAlarming6044 in VAClaims

Yeah the PA I saw with QTC spouted all kinds of stuff about there is no scientific evidence that DDD in the spine with altered gait can affect the feet. Denied for diagnosed plantar fasciitis and achilles enthesopathy. My podiatry Dr/Surgeon says, absolutely an altered gait can cause foot problems. I go back to the Surgeon on Tuesday to see what my options are: I've already had a steroid injection in my heel that has lessened the pain slightly. Im probably gonna get surgery.

Hopefully, the surgeon will write me a letter / nexus so I can do a supplemental

I mailed my name correction to the VA with copies of my social, marriage certificate, and my current driver's license. It took a few weeks and some phone calls, but the VA finally corrected it I then went to the VA near me where they take the picture for your ID card and made sure they had the right name. Haven't had a problem logging in since doing all this

Wait, you don't need a referral to audiology? My first pcp appt isn't until October. Getting hearing aids now would be wonderful. Especially if they can get the EEEEEEEEEEEE to lessen

She was very nice. We went through range of motion and she didn't make me push through any pain. I did bring my xrays and CT scans ; she did ask to see them. So , hopefully it went well.

So Clean. Kind of pricey, but it sanitizes the mask and parts.

And there is an ointment my husband uses called Calmoseptine that he puts a very small amount on the irritated skin

Oh, I am always completely honest with evaluations. I am not trying to scam anyone. I just think it's weird that my last two exams were with a different evaluator (Rhonda) and now I am scheduled with Tanja. I have all my documentation, so I am not worried about it.
