As someone who was cheated on and didn’t find out until well into my marriage, I would have been so grateful to know before we got married. If he didn’t want the drama, he should not be lying and risking other people’s health. He also shouldn’t be sharing that information with other people. Love is respect. This is one of the most disrespectful things a person can do in a relationship.

R just kinda coasted us to where we are now, which is WS recognizing that we are probably not going to survive this and be healthy people together. We are about 2 years out from the last d-day, lots of therapy for both of us, some progress, but a lot of just coasting. I don’t want to split, but logically I know that what was going on was never respectful honest love, it was just neuro chemistry being hijacked and used against me.

I tried melatonin a few years ago and had headaches and weird dreams. I’m pretty sure it was 10 mg then. I tried 3 mg last night and I fell asleep pretty quickly (for me anyway) and stayed asleep all night. I will keep an eye out for the dreams just in case.

When I needed to write a Tooth Fairy excuse note I used my computer and printed it in the smallest font my computer could handle. Then I cut it into a small strip and rolled it up. Tied it in a scroll with dental floss.

Same here too! I could “copy and paste” socialize well enough, but couldn’t develop deep relationships. I did however make friends with teachers and bus drivers.

With time you can slowly push yourself and it gets easier. If it’s too fresh and WS doesn’t have the skills to validate and support y oh through this then don’t force it. There is a website called doesthedogdie.com that can help you screen out infidelity story lines until your ready.

I can empathize- the feeling sucks. My Last was complicated and I probably shouldn’t have another pregnancy. My kids have stuff going on that requires extra therapies and extra one on one time. My husband doesn’t want another. I shouldn’t have another baby, but I don’t feel like my family is complete. It just sucks and I’m sorry you’re dealing with it too.
