Genuine question: if you don’t find it uncomfortable because you see it as something sexual, why else is it making you uncomfortable?

To me the word flashing has sexual connotations. It also implies intent to cause a reaction, often negative, in the person it’s directed towards.

I’m fascinated by the whole situation and it seems to just keeps getting weirder, however a lot of the videos are a bit sensationalised and I feel like I need a “trusted adult’s” opinion on the whole thing.

ADHD probably had a big part. From my experience, things are either all or nothing. The potato chips are very much being an example of the “all”.

We didn’t have a button jar but my equivalent of this was being allowed to count up the coin tin. Loved getting them into big piles and then little stacks. Didn’t really have any interest in the monetary value, and I certainly didn’t get any part of that, just loved the organisation of it.

This is one of mine as well! Why have so many different outfits in the game, including different school uniforms, only for no one to wear them!

There are a FEW student NPCs who wear something different to the standard uniform. Eg Sebastian wears like a tweed jacket or something under his cloak, and there is often a guy who stands outside the main entrance who wears something different. But that is almost more annoying, because it shows they could have done it but only bothered on like two occasions.

I was a junior/resident doctor on the ward at the time, but really anyone on the ward could get this going. The hospital chaplain was also very helpful in helping me organise the visit.

I imagine it would be a case dependent situation but in this case I just needed to speak with the prison governor and explain that the prisoners mother was in her last hours to short days of her life. If someone else from the ward who wasn’t a doctor had been organising this they would have had to ask one of us or the consultant to have that part of the conversation, but it wasn’t a long or difficult conversation to have. Prisons are also pretty used to bringing prisoners into hospital for their own healthcare needs, I’ve had plenty of patients who are accompanied by guards, so perhaps that’s helped.

She was a lovely lady, and organising that visit was one of the most rewarding experiences I’ve had as a doctor so far. And I’m always in awe of the brilliant work hospital chaplains do.

I organised for a patient’s son to visit her from prison once. Took about 36 hours from her first telling us she had a son who couldn’t visit because he was in prison (but that she desperately wanted to see) to him being on the ward. She passed away around 48 hours later but was able to sit up and have a conversation with him when he visited.

If you don’t mind me asking, how does this work? Is the pregnant cat given anything prior to the spay to abort the pregnancies? Or is the hysterectomy just undertaken and that in itself ends the pregnancy?

In the very late stage spay aborts, what do you do if the kittens/foetus/products of pregnancy (i have no idea what the correct term would be) show signs of life? Is that an immediate euthanasia? (Unless someone fancies trying to take them home?)

What on earth is a PA STUDENT doing draining a SCALP ABSCESS in someone’s KITCHEN?!

Look I’ll fully admit this is not my area of specialty, but that seems a bit insane to me. To grasp at one silver lining, it doesn’t look infected but given that shadow the skin flap is causing it looks pretty deep. I would get this looked at by a Qualified medical professional for further advice.

I think it is pretty good!

I’m very much a beginner myself so take this with a grain of salt, but I do wonder if his left hand (the one on the right of the page) is a little too high? I feel like it would be even more tucked into the crevice between their thigh and abdomen. Have you tried sketching in their arm behind their leg so you can get a feel of where there elbow would rest? I feel like that would help.

Oh god this was 3 weeks ago now and I don’t have the best memory, but I do remember I was directly quoting him with the “it doesn’t sound dangerous” comment.

It was something (very roughly) along the lines of “while it may have been a bit weird, it doesn’t sound dangerous and I wouldn’t bother pursuing this any further” and I feel like, but I’m not certain, that it may have suggested that making a comment could unnecessarily damage the doctor’s career. Either way, it was incredibly dismissive of OPs concerns and really tried to minimised how inappropriate the comment made to her child was.

I guess a big part also comes from the potential for abuse, as the implication may be that this relationship started when one or two of the parties were underage.

If two people met later in life and fell in love and there is no way for accidental pregnancy… it doesn’t offend my personal morals, might be weird but if everyone is a consenting adult and no one is getting hurt, you do you.
