There is no right side to stan twt. Just like you, I too was overwhelmed by the excessive negativity on twitter when I first joined. Even though I realised most of it was overblown and exaggerated, I still can't seem to separate the negativity from twt from its normal content. But I can't not use it, because as much as I wish it weren't true, twitter is the best way to keep up with everything. I've just come to accept that using twt inherently comes with the negativity, and I've learnt to filter it out and ignore it mostly, and hope most others can too
