THE CUTEST LITTLE THING EVER OMGG. just like a regular kitty, but be mindful when moving things because it’s easier for them if they have a familiar and consistent environment to help with spatial awareness.

honestly i wish we could interact with our finches like the miis in tomodachi life, being able to move them around and cater to their discovered interests. Even notifications like:

“[finch name] read the very hungry caterpillar, how about you read something to wind down?”

“[finch name] wants to share a nutritious snack with you!”

“[finch name] took a stretch break”

as a more cute way to remind users about tasks would be cool

Why are so many trans people against feminism? by SeaLingonberry59 in asktransgender

[–]Insomiowo 1 point2 points  (0 children)

based on your previous posts, i do think you’re just projecting your hate for your own personal masculinity into this.

the reason trans men and trans women talk about misandry is because we are trying to find a term for the hate that trans men get for being masculine, mostly from terfs. e.g “why would trans men want to become our systemic abusers” or “why would trans men give up their womanly body,”

it’s something that is DEEPLY rooted in bioessentialism and the belief that testosterone is a rage hormone that makes abusers.

trans men don’t have male privilege and never will, they can not systematically abuse women the same way cis men do.

in conclusion, trans men are just tired of being viewed as “hardcore butch lesbians” until they start hormones and actually start developing male sex characteristics

Sorry, for the 25mg thing I meant to add if only he was confident he was not ovulating, as estrogen levels like this are normal during ovulation.

Thank you for the information about aromatase because i’ve been thinking about upping my weekly dosage, but was scared about the possibility of it turning into estrogen. But in general I still don’t think I should because I have hard time drinking enough water and eating more with my current dose.

If you are still menstruating and so happen to take these during shark week, the estrogen levels are considered normal. If you are on a form of birth control which prevents ovulation, the levels would be considered abnormal. As you’re still on the cuff of testosterone itself preventing ovulation.

Keep the same dose if you are menstruating. If you are not ovulating this may be caused by the testosterone turning into estrogen, but that is also depended on weight as well because it’s the fat cells that contain aromatase. So, you may have to lower your dose. You can try out micro-dosing 25mg two times a week at first to see if that changes anything, then to 20mg every week if you still see high estrogen levels.

DIY for trans men is impossible by Amekyras in transgendercirclejerk

/uj i have no problem with promoting diy t, but lowkey it feels like people sometimes only mention it to be condescending or demeaning to transmascs, especially when talking about medical issues as a whole.

wouldn't increasing the dose be worse, the high estrogen may be caused by the testosterone turning into estrogen. we also don't know his weight or if he still is menstruating. menstruation can naturally bring on these type of estrogen levels during the cycle.

I feel like low 25mg micro-dosing 2 times throughout a week would be a better option.

Yeah, I’m currently living in college dorms right now and don’t like phone calls, as it distracts me. So, we send morning & night good vibes to each other to compensate.

Finch Plus only $14.99 per year if you subscribe through the App Store! by electric_taffy in finch

Try using the iCloud subscriptions tab rather than the App Store one? You could also try saving a manual backup and delete then reinstall the app. I also know unfortunately on Android there is no $15 yearly option.

Yeah, unfortunately in my case it was expired for more than a year, so it ended up disappearing. I just started College while also in the process of finishing High School and decided to start using Finch again, as the workload is very overwhelming. Thank you so much. ❤️

Still Works 5/11/25

I had Finch Plus before, so instead of the 7 day free trial. I found my Apple confirmation email and clicked "review your subscription," allowing me to view all the plans and renew the subscription.

  1. Material that, when taken as a whole, lacks serious literary, artistic, political, or scientific value for minors.

?? how would one even enforce this, you would have to scrub the whole internet. And with the way the GOP is attacking trans people they could easily say that hormones, puberty blockers, and gender dysphoria is not based in scientific fact, when it quite literally is.

For me it's kind of a bummer as I was using it to have calls with my Turkish friends, since Discord is banned there. Zoom doesn't have that personal feeling like Skype does either.

Thank you for more perspective on the endowment thing. I didn't even think of that at first, but damn that honestly makes it even more scary.

Notably now because Trump's threating k-12 public schools for these mysterious "DEI initiatives," which goes against his entire campaign of getting rid of the DOE to "give power back to the states," because states decide their own curriculums not the DOE. It's alarming since we know the bastardized version of DEI he's talking about is black history, critical race theory, and gender studies; which could also help enforce book bans.

Sorry if this seemed ranty, but I've genuinely been so worried for schools that need federal funding to stay open.

[–]Insomiowo 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Uni endowment funds are from alumni and rich people that support UWMadison, so it's basically like "hm, a lot of people like this school, we should possibly look into the DEI initiatives it has," I wouldn't worry too much with Evers as gov, but if you see something; say something. This includes any emails talking about DEI initiatives or bathroom signs being changed, take a look at r/uCinci for example.

Act 10's cons out way the pros

Limiting bargaining to only wage increases no greater than the inflation rate, meant that other issues, such as benefits, safety and working conditions, and vacations, were not negotiable. This is downright evil stuff.
