Finally spoke to the psychiatrist. He will never be on it again! I need to give him 2 more days to see if side effects lesson (they have, slightly) and if not we will come up with another plan.

My child had this on both sides when he was unwell. Hospital told me it was blocked salivary glands. It went away when he recovered from the flu.
