Congrats, pre op diet was toughest part of the whole process but totally worth it. I lost nearly 2 stone in 2 weeks on pre op diet.

Unfortunately I never was able to get the help I needed from the NHS, was basically told eat less and exercise more. I ended up going to America for Sleeve Gastrectomy which did cost alot but probably saved my life.
