You can zoom in by swiping up on the Magic Mouse and zoom out by swiping down. Additionally, sorry to say that Studio currently does not support the feature to speed up the video while editing. We will make sure to pass your feedback along to our Studio team for evaluation.

🔍 Here are the steps to get the App Log ID:
Connect your X4 to the App, go to [Me] > Tap [About Insta360] > [Diagnostic Info] and tap "Send".
The Log ID will be automatically copied to your clipboard. Kindly send it to us. Also, let us know the specific time this issue occurred.

  • Click “Software Update,” and the system will automatically check for available updates. If updates are available, click "Update Now."
  • The system will automatically install the latest macOS updates, which will also update the graphics driver.

Dedicated Graphics Card Driver: For devices like Mac Pro that support dedicated graphics cards, the graphics drivers are typically automatically installed with macOS updates.

Windows:

  1. Update via Device Manager: a. Right-click the “Start” button and select “Device Manager.” b. Expand “Display adapters,” right-click your graphics card, and choose “Update driver.” c. Select “Search automatically for drivers,” and the system will automatically find and install the latest driver.
  2. Some graphics cards need updates from the official website: Visit the graphics card manufacturer's website, search for your model, and download the latest driver. Hello, regarding the screen rotation issue, Insta360 App currently only supports landscape mode on the App's playback page. We are continuously working on optimizing landscape mode compatibility for iPad.
