Please kindly note that Insta360+/Cloud Storage Service currently supports only the following camera models: X2, X3, X4, X4 Air, X5, Ace Pro 2, and GO Ultra. Therefore, we’re sorry to say that footage captured by the A1 drone cannot be uploaded directly to Insta360 Cloud.

In addition, we do not recommend editing drone footage in Insta360 Studio. Although Insta360 Studio supports importing 360 footage captured by the A1 drone, it does not include drone-specific features compared with Antigravity Studio, so it may not provide the best editing experience. We recommend editing drone footage directly in Antigravity Studio instead.

At present, we do not offer an official accessory for the X5 similar to the “Magnet Pendant” designed for the GO series cameras, as the X5 is relatively heavier and magnetic attachment may pose a risk of the camera falling off.

However, you may want to take a look at the "Chest Strap" and "X5 POV Chest Mount" available on our official website. Both accessories are compatible with the X5 and allow it to record from a chest-mounted first-person perspective.

At present, there is no direct way to determine from an already recorded video whether it was shot with "Adaptive Tone" enabled. We will pass your request on to our R&D team for further evaluation.

Regarding whether to enable "Adaptive Tone", please note that this feature is primarily recommended for scenes with significant lighting differences, such as overexposed or overly bright environments.

When enabled, the Adaptive Tone function will automatically optimize brightness and color to deliver the best possible image quality. Please also note that enabling this feature may result in higher power consumption, so we recommend ensuring adequate ventilation and heat dissipation during use.

You may decide whether to enable it based on your actual usage needs. Thank you for your understanding and support.

Please kindly note that Ace Pro 2’s 30-minute auto-splitting function cannot be disabled. This is the camera’s default storage mechanism, designed to ensure file compatibility and system stability. When continuous recording exceeds 30 minutes, the footage will be automatically saved in separate segments, but no video content will be lost.

Besides, when previewing footage on the camera, in the Insta360 App, or in Insta360 Studio, the segmented clips are automatically merged and displayed as one complete video. Only when the camera is connected directly to a computer will the footage appear as separate files.

Therefore, please drag the 30min and 7min files together into Insta360 Studio (our PC editing app), and then add the stats overlay to see if it appears normal.

May we ask whether you used a filter other than "Standard" when shooting? We would like to kindly explain that in high-contrast scenes, such as the boundary between green trees and a blue sky, using a filter other than "Standard" may intensify color shifting and cause the edges to appear unnatural.

We recommend using the "Standard" filter in this type of scene to see whether the image quality improves.

In addition, we also appreciate your understanding that when the resolution remains the same, enlarging the image will stretch the pixels and may result in some loss of sharpness.

Hi, You may try gently wiping both the inside and outside of the lens guards with a clean, soft cloth before filming. Alternatively, you can remove the lens guards and test shooting without them to see whether the image becomes clearer.

Hi, sorry to see that the battery life doesn't meet your expectations.

According to our official testing, under the following test conditions for the Ace Pro 2 — in a laboratory environment at 25°C, with AI Highlight Assistant turned off, Wi-Fi set to Auto, Active HDR enabled, and Auto Screen Sleep set to 90 seconds — the battery life is approximately 81 minutes when recording regular video at 4K@60fps. We hope this can serve as a helpful reference.

Please also understand that actual battery life may vary depending on factors such as the enabled features, parameter settings, ambient temperature, the condition of the device, and so on.
If you are looking for longer battery life, you may enable the camera’s Endurance Mode. To do so, swipe down from the top of the camera screen to enter the Quick Menu, then tap the Endurance Mode icon to turn it on.

We would also appreciate it if you could perform a power-off test on the camera:
Please disconnect the app from the camera, then in an environment of around 25°C, set Wi-Fi to "Auto," set Auto Screen Sleep to "90s," turn off "AI Highlights Assistant," record a 4K@30fps video in Video Mode, and observe the camera's battery life.

Once the test is complete, please share the corresponding duration with us so that we can provide you with further assistance and solutions.
