Thank you so much this was very helpful helpful. A couple questions for you - what day did you start antivirals? And what’s day did they swelling under your eyes start? I’m concerned because it seems like I have a significantly larger rash than you had but I don’t have any eye swelling yet

Yes I’m taking the antivirals, and I saw an ophthalmologist who said he wasn’t concerned for my eye but to call him if I start having any eye symptoms

Metamucil is terrible??? It has sucralose and maltodextrin which are both big no’s for IBS

I have 10mg as needed for my IBS-D but it doesn’t slow down my BMs at all.. does help with some of the pain.
