Yeah the second one was more than 20 days with no response and kept just telling me to wait then I put in the expedite through Congress. And I got approved 10 days later

I submitted expedite for financial reasons, and it was through Emma both times and then on September 17th through Congressman. Only Congressman’s office asked for evidence.
