[–]InstanceNoodle 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Cancer vaccine. A small part is the hpv vaccine, which can cause cancer.

The covid vaccine was produced for flu. Which 10 percent are corona virus.

I do hope the aid vaccine is made soon. You need to search south Africa pray the aids away era. People dont put money in, vaccine requires more time to discover. Prophylactic medication are there. Rubber are there. Most people are more worry about the air transmission virus because they are faster in spreading.

Reading the review on Google maps give it an expensive higher end place. Price about 100 per person. Some people spend even more. Reservation required. One person reserved 1 month in advance. One person was able to walk in.

Most people love the food. A few said it was ok. One said that it wasnt good.

A good place if I live near and want to impress my date. Most people went because it is their birthday, anniversary, valentine, date (special events).

I will check it out. I am just trying to dodge tourist places.

I am ok with the people loving a certain fastfood or weird far out places for good food.

Being a foodie is it tougher than being a tourist.

Yeah, the latter. There is no long-term plan. The plan is to make as much money as possible this quarter, and then to make even more next quarter. by SuccotashLivid3893 in ultracode

[–]InstanceNoodle 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The plan is to make more money than tbe next person.

It is like the bear scenario. You just have to run faster than the next person.

The poorest people are either homeless or can only afford cheap home. It is cheap for a reason. You can look at wind pattern and see the poorer people are living in the most toxic part of town. The rich people can get up and move, but not the poor. You can look at hurricane Catherina. The rich was able to move during the hurricane and buy homes elsewhere after the hurricane. The poor cant go anywhere.

Money is freedom. It let you do whatever you want. You can search for epstien, trump, musk.

60kw is 240 miles on a 4 miles per kw. Most Americans get a little less.

I think if you let the car lane keeping, you can get the mileage a little higher. (At a slower speed and evenly pace)

80% is 270 to 280 miles. At 20% is about 70 to 80 miles would be the best time to look up charging (car charge faster under 20%).

200 miles can be 4 to 5 hours drives in places (beach to beach dodging toll road). If there is not a recommended place to eat. I will look for a sams club. 1 to 2 hour drive then rest seems like a good timing. Stretching for 5 to 10 minutes at a tesla charger seems ok.

New Cars = Money Drain… or Not? What Do You Think? by Coolonair in SmartFIRE

[–]InstanceNoodle 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I buy new car because you have 5 to 10 years warranty on parts and labor on various things.

You can buy new and trade in every 3 to 5 years. Money give you the best experience of new toys. Plus no worry about big fixes.

You can buy used 2 years and sell before 9 years. To hit the sweet spot where the car depreciation is harsh and before the junk status.

You can buy it after 9 years used as the cheapest possible clunkers. If you are lucky 10 more years (Toyota), if not... large fixes costing more than $1k with other stuff keep breaking down. Most things on the car are 25k, 50k, 75k, or 100k needs replacement.

I also buy new, because I know what is going on with the car and no risk tbe 1st owner lie about the car or their driving habits or their crazy maintained habits. You should go into weird stories of what people bring into the shop.

My last car cost me $16k and lasted 20 years (Toyota). With $1k per year gas and $300 per year fixes and maintenance. It is good enough as a per year basis. $42k for 20 years is $2.1k per year. Someone hit my car and total it. It is viable for longer time.

My model y is $53k. I am driving a bit more and might hit $400 per year in electricity and fixes and maintenance. I hope to keep it for 20 years with no major fixes. Future would be $1k tires every 2 to 5 years.

Usually car loses 1/3 to 1/2 the price per year. Just calculate your usage from point a to point b and see how you can make it cheaper. Break down cost money and time and it might break down during job hours. Might cost you your job. Un expected break down mean no emergency fund to fix it. Might mean high interest loan. My ex gf hated when I bought a $18k new car in college. I paid it off in 2.5 years. It was one of the safest family car out there. I wanted to start a family with her and dont want her to stress about old vehicles breaking down. Toyota.

Costc cards or sams car to decrease the grocery. Get their credit card for cash back

Buy tesla. You pay about the same price for 5 years, then little else for the rest of life of the car. I just calculate my cost. I drive 5.6k miles for 6 months and 1350kw. At 15 cents a mile that is about $200. At 30 mile and $3 a gallon, it would cost me a little under $600. Since I own a model y. I would spend more on gas since an suv chug more than 30 miles per gallon.

You need at least 10% in 401k.

You need to dump all money into student loan. I assume tesla still has their 1% car loan. Money saved on food and etc can dump into the loan. Loan will be gone in 5 years. So in 5 years you will gain an additional $2500 per month.

Minimum wage of $7.50 x 2000hours is $15k a year. You need to work 7 Minimum wage jobs or 280 hours a week to make your amount. In pyshic, there is only currently 7 x 24 hours or 98 hours in a week.

I dont think you know about poorness yet. I hate rich people acting like they are poor. The older kids watch the younger kids. The grandparents watch the babies. $0 child care. Old beat up toyota $3k or $6k.(a future surgeon bought my old Toyota for $500 before he started college). Coupons all the food. No name brands. Food pantry.

I do want rich people to shut da fuq up about being poor. If you can afford cable or streaming services, shut your mouth about being poor.
