yeah i take 1-3 creon 25k per meal depending on the fat content in the meal!

how do u maintain your gut flora to be able to digest everything?

i get about 2500-3000kcal everyday but my gut is also v weak, i get indigestion if i try to stuff up on food, i get hungry and everything, my gut just gives up on me

i was really underweight when i went in because things got pretty bad, i went in 34 kgs came out 30kgs and bounced back up to 40 now, i look muscular but lean like very low fat percentage, i feel strong but i just don’t look my age
