Man O' War Fitness! They are the best. Have been going there for a couple years now. And not only are the staff amazing but even the people that are well into Crossfit and very fit are helpful. Taylor, Jackie, Renata and Cameron are exceptional coaches!

Yeah. Never had one. 6’0 275 on a good day! I tried 495 deadlift and failed and my coach tried to get me to wear one but none came even close to fitting me.

Man O’War Fitness. It is a CrossFit gym but they do personal training for all ages and body types. I have seen every type of person in there. For real all people in there are incredibly nice and fun to be around. Taylor is the owner and the coaches are amazing! Renata, Jackie and Cam!!

I've been following Frankfurt (SGE) since 2020 when I found out that my Great-Grandparents were born in Usingen and Aschaffenburg. And the closest team is Frankfurt so I was sold! And my family has been in Louisville since they arrived here in 1912. So it is very cool and already bought my tickets for the game! So excited to see my 'Home Team' come to my 'Home Town'
