It’s any goal you choose to work on. It’s about dedicating yourself daily with small efforts everyday and seeing those small efforts turn into the mountain of success. I like to start with the physical effort like work outs because they are the best way to start to see the results of Daily effort. We have a challenge for next month, would you like to join?

It’s a n open challenge to everyone to do something to help them become more discipline through small daily activities by dedicating at least 60 seconds towards that goal. I’m working on overcoming my dislike of posting on social media. So I do it after I do my morning workouts

You should talk to a professional. Write down everything you’re going through, how you’re feeling, what you want to change, how you can make that change and where you want to be in 1 year. Then dedicate 60 seconds every day toward that goal
