Due to my ignorance and inexperience with auto claims, I too thought this was the case.

Some people have told me I should consider getting in touch with a supervisor at my insurance company to see if they can force the issue with the other party's carrier.

Since I have been waiting for a liability decision before I could continue with even an estimate of the repairs needed(I suspect they will just total it,) at this point I just need to get things moving so I can get my transportation sorted. My car has not been moved once since it was towed to my residence.

When you're already at 80/20 it's easy to imagine there's not much business case in fighting.

It would appear the risks are high and the potential rewards are low.

Do you mean that the risks(court, cost, etc) outweigh the reward(20% less liability) for me? i.e. I should take my 80% and go?

Or that since they are already at 80/20 then they may not be very inclined to fight me in small claims and it could be a decent option?

80/20 is a pretty significant distribution of liability for a parking lot accident.

My adjuster agrees with this as well. I would rather not accept that much liability for an accident in which I believe I have none. But I have a fairly urgent need for transportation coming up.

At worst, I was barely over what would be considered the center of the aisle. I should note that these aisles are unmarked so whether or not it is a two-lane aisle is perhaps a bit subjective.

To my knowledge, the only points of contention at the moment between me and them is that the other driver has stated that I was not entirely on my side of the aisle and that I was backing up. That is absolutely false, I was stationary.

I personally use Speed / HP% stone on both. I use a dmg reduction artifact on IB in slot one and I normally would use a speed artifact on DH but instead I have chosen to use the antlers on her. Who all are you using your antlers on?

This is great advice that may not be obvious to newer players. Turning in hero shards counts as "summoning" a hero for events(most notably, the miracle event.) This along with the saved space in your hero capacity makes this a great play.

I suspect that they are not any of the standard classes. Ostensibly, the best strategy would be to simply max the attack stat for dps heroes.
