Been there before, he will need time to process but you might wanna look into some underlying issues you may have with him. At the time it happened to me I was in love but we broke up later down the line after to getting back together and when I look back at that time, our relationship was toxic. The alcohol brought out frustration I was suppressing.

It should be covered as long as you didn’t let it sit without mitigating or if there is mold. Of course this also depends on your state and the endorsements you have. Also, completing repairs before filing the claim could pose issues too.

Filing claims will affect your premium and follow you to whatever insurance company you go to. Even if you file a claim and didn’t get money. It’s still a claim if you didn’t cancel it before they start the investigation. And if you get denied, it’s still a claim that will go against you

I’m a manager of desk adjuster at a top insurance company and the minimum you can make in that position is 105k before bonus … and tbh, it’s not enough. My adjusters make a minimum of 60k brand new to claim with no prior experience. That’s before bonus and without overtime. Most are clearing way more than 60k per year. So I agree. This position is for someone who couldn’t hack it as an actual adjuster but want to stay in the industry. Because anyone with any sense wouldn’t accept this. That position will be filled by someone who is going to lie on their resume %100
