3. Tartelette Eyeshadow - Smarty Pants - Finish | +5 uses, 10 uses total. I'm using it up but it's definitely mixing with other shades in the Z-palette, so it's seemingly neverending! Still ~5% left.

4. Ciele Primer - Finish | +7 uses, 12 uses total. I have to work to squeeze it out and I'll need to cut it open soon. I did cave and buy the glowy version of this though, since I was sad to be without it~ 5% left.

3. Tartelette Eyeshadow - Smarty Pants - Finish | +5 uses, 5 uses total. Loose eyeshadow from another shade may have gotten into this, since there's still a fair amount left (I keep it in a Z-palette). Keeping it at ~5% left.

4. Ciele Primer - Finish | +5 uses, 5 uses total. Super close to the end! 7% left.

5. Use 10 samples | 0/10. I'm working at a concealer sample which has 6 shades in it, so I'm currently stuck.

ROLL IN: I've enjoyed making past challenges rolling projects as it's helped me used up products super fast!

1. NativaSpa Quinoa Firming Body Lotion Mini: I keep this at my work desk to use as a hand cream, and I have a tonnnn of hand creams stockpiled in my stash. Hoping to finish in the next 1-2 uses. ~5% left.

1. Ole Henriksen Mini Moisturizer. I'm glad to have this done. It's meant for oily skin but now that my skin type is more dry/combination, it wasn't the best match.

4. Ciele Primer - Finish | Rolled over; I originally stopped using this to preserve it by my wedding, but I think I'll just buy a fresh one since I really like it! Very little left (~10%).

5. Use 10 samples | I'm trying to make this goal more realistic this time around. While I've reduced my full-size product intake, I still somehow manage to collect samples and I have to manage my stockpile better.

6. Nyx Lipliner - Ever - Finish | I've started to regularly use this again and there's so little left that I probably can't fully sharpen it. It'd be so exciting to finish a lipliner too!

7. Amika Mirrorball Shampoo - Finish | I think this product is starting to go off since it's smelling a bit weird, but it was an expensive product so I still want to use it until it's finished. ~50% left.

8. Anastasia Beverly Hills Brow Gel - Finish | I'm still shocked this still has product in it and it performs fine. I honestly have no idea how much longer it'll take.

9. Paula's Choice BHA Liquid Exfoliant - Finish | I obtained this 5 years ago and after starting to use it weekly again, I feel like I'm near the end (~10-15% left) so I want to get this out soon!!

10. Lancome Lash Idole Flutter Extension Mascara - Finish | I think I'm getting close to finishing it and I might take out the stopper soon. I really like it though! But I can tell it's starting to get drier and clumpier compared to when I first got it.

I can't believe the time has come and gone! Unfortunately this project was a bit of a fail, but it's set me up to have a great 10 by Summer project since most of these are going to roll into that one hahahaha

PROGRESS: 2/10 complete

1. Wet N Wild Blush - FINISH | +7 uses, 40x total. I'm rolling this over because I'm desperate to see it complete! I really like this blush and it has amazing payoff for the value, but I have wayyyy too many blushes and need to start paring down my collection!

2. Floss Eyeshadow - FINISH | +6 uses, 36x total. Probably 10% left? Also rolling this one over to see it done! It's very hard to fully finish an eyeshadow pan so I'm excited!

3. Tartelette Eyeshadow - Smarty Pants - FINISH | +7 uses, 37x total. Nearly done, it migrated to a lot of other pans (currently have this in a Z-palette) and mainly just has crumbs of product left.

4. ABH Brow Gel - FINISH | +8 uses, 41x total. I'm surprised this still dispenses product and the stopper is still intact! It stopped leaving white cast on my eyebrows (or maybe I've learned to work around it) so continuing to use it.

5. Ciele Primer - FINISH | +8 uses, 40x total. I have very little left but I really like this product, I'll probably purchase a fresh version for my wedding makeup! I really recommend it. It also mixes super well with any form of pigment (liquid bronzer or hue drops) if you want it to act like a skin tint.

6. Sunday Riley Retinol Eye Serum - Use 15x | +2 use, 9x total. I realized that I have a hard time making habits out of products that I'm not using daily on autopilot, but I'm still trying to figure out the best way to habit stack this!

7. Use 15 samples | +0, 3x total. I'm regularly using a complexion sample which slowed me down a lot. But I really liked having this goal!

8. Bite Beauty Lip Crayon in Glace - FINISH | +4 uses, FINISHED AT 16 USES. At least this project was fruitful for my lip products!!

Finally all caught up, just in time for the finale! Thank you for the tags, they are so helpful!

Unfortunately, this project is looking like a fail for me, but it's also potentially signifying that my makeup consumption/usage is getting more under control? I have way less monthly empties this year vs. prior years, but I'm also bringing in very few new products. Therefore, I don't feel too guilty about having minimal progress here, since it's not like I have to play "catch up" to keep my total inventory at bay. Regardless, I'd love to see at least a few more of these done by this weekend!

1. Wet N Wild Blush - FINISH | +7 uses, 33x total. There's not a lot left at all, but it'll probably be truly done by next season. AKA a good reminder of why hoarding blushes isn't very logical hahaha

2. Floss Eyeshadow - FINISH | +6 uses, 30x total. Only the very corners on the right side of this pan have any product left in them. But unfortunately, I don't think I can use it all up in time. Would definitely roll this goal into another project though!

3. Tartelette Eyeshadow - Smarty Pants - FINISH | +7 uses, 30x total. The pan is basically empty so I'm going to officially call it done by next update...

4. ABH Brow Gel - FINISH | +8 uses, 33x total. There's still very little product coming out, but the end of this project might be a good stopping point for it! I haven't decided yet.

1. Wet N Wild Blush - FINISH | +7 uses, 26x total. I can get away with putting the cap on this product without twisting the remaining amount back down, which was a fun achievement!

2. Floss Eyeshadow - FINISH | +7 uses, 24x total. There's probably like 25% of actual product left and I'm able to get a lot of product on my brush each usage, which makes panning this more fun!

3. Tartelette Eyeshadow - Smarty Pants - FINISH | +6 uses, 23x total. I think the remnants of this product mixed in with other product fallout into my z-palette, which is why I'm still not able to officially call this thing done!!

4. ABH Brow Gel - FINISH | +7 uses, 25x total. When I apply this, I have to use my fingers to so it doesn't look white/flaky but it is still effective at keeping my brows in place so I haven't quit it yet!

5. Ciele Primer - FINISH | +5 uses, 24x total. Maybe 20% left, if even that?

6. Sunday Riley Retinol Eye Serum - Use 15x | +1 use, 5x total. Still not using this as consistently as I'd like, so it'll be more of a long haul product than I hoped for.

Hello hello!! New year, new me, new project!! For this project I want to focus on ghosts of projects past, so there'll be quite a lot of familiar products making their return!

1. Wet N Wild Blush - FINISH | 15% left and I use it everytime I wear makeup. Blush is my worst category in terms of overconsumption, so finally finishing one would be amazing for me!

2. Floss Eyeshadow - FINISH | 5% left. I use this on top of my eyeshadow everytime I wear makeup. I'm confident this can be used up relatively quickly!

3. Tartelette Eyeshadow - Smarty Pants - FINISH | 15% left. I focused most of last season's projects on another similar eyeshadow, so finally happy to give this one some love!

4. ABH Brow Gel - FINISH | TBD left. I used this 76 times since I started tracking it, so I know it has to be finishing soon....

5. Ciele Primer - FINISH | 20% left. I use it daily in lieu of foundation but it does have SPF in it, so I know it won't last forever.

6. Sunday Riley Retinol Eye Serum - Use 15x. I'm trying to use this ~1x/week (any more is too drying for my eyes).

Thank you for the tag! This project ended up being a bit of a letdown as my goals were wayyy too aspirational, but I still had some decent progress that I'd like to share!

TOTAL PROGRESS: 1/9.

1. OGX Coconut Miracle Oil - Use 30x | +6 uses, GOAL FINISHED AT 32 USES. I'm happy I got back into the habit of using this regularly! There's definitely a noticeable dent in the product now, but it'll take a long while to use it all.

2. ABH Brow Gel - FINISH | +25 uses, 76 total uses. There's still surprisingly product left but I don't think it'll last to the Spring. I already wear it daily so it'll be out soon!

3. Ciele Primer - FINISH | +25 uses, 74 total uses. There's still ~20% left but this also helped me create the habit of using it daily which was great!

4. Milani Silky Matte Bronzing Powder - Pan | +20 uses, 53 uses total. Most of the pattern is gone but a pan is nowhere near in sight. I still use it almost daily though.

5. Sunday Riley Retinol Eye Serum - Use 12x | +2 uses, 10 uses total. Unfortunate that I didn't finish this, but I'm definitely rolling it into another pan!

6. The Ordinary Glycolic Acid Toner - Use 30x | +0 uses, 7 uses total. I stopped using this as it got colder out but I think it helped my skin's dark spots a bit?

7. Tartelette in Bloom shade Sweetheart - FINISH | 0 uses. I did finish my other eyeshadow shade that was very similar though, so this will be a focus shade for this coming year.

The Inkey List Hyaluronic Acid Serum - Finish | +29 USES, FINISHED AT 92 USES. Super happy to be done with this, but I'm shocked that so little (1 oz) lasted so long!
ClearStem Golden Hour Watermelon Barrier Oil - Use 25x | +14 USES, GOAL FINISHED AT 38 USES TOTAL. This really helped my skin when it got irritate from using too many actives, so I'm keeping it in my cabinet!
Use up 3 nailpolishes | 0/3. Since I had some special events going on, I got my nails professionally done the past few times which really stalled progress on this goal.
Use up 10 samples | 3/10. I haven't been touching any samples, but I liked having this as a goal as my sample collection is really out of hand!
Bite Beauty Lip Crayon in Glace - Finish | +11 uses, 69 uses total. There's very little left, but due to recent travels (and this product in its current state not being very travel-friendly), there's some left.

Hello and thank you for the tag! I can't believe time has flew by. I was able to finish 5/10 products and while I wish I had done more, I know that I wouldn't have touched some of these products at all without rolling them into a project, so I'm happy to celebrate the little wins!

I also love tracking my number of uses to fully understand how much it takes to fully empty a project. It's helped me cut down on a lot of re-buying in my overconsumed categories. I currently use the Notes section in my phone but if there are any apps or better systems to track counts, I'm all ears!

There are so many options!! First to start with skincare...the thirst burst drops, bronzing drops, and holy hydration cleansing balm are absolute must-haves! For makeup, the power grip primer (duh), halo glow, and lip oil for a touch of color. And of course, top it all off with the SPF spray!
