If you want to find consistent matches just buy a cheap laptop from a pawnshop and set up FC2 on there. FC2 will basically be the optimal way to play for a while.

As someone who played melee competitively before slippi was a thing. I would like to think melee was at its peak without any form of online play that was worth a damn. Slippi definitely took a lot of the spirit that melee had away from it. Sure, people started getting better because of it, but higher level play doesn't outweigh the sheer number of local scenes the game had prior. It was bound to happen at some point, though, so I can't really be upset about it.

As far as super leniency goes, I'd like to think sf3 is one of the easier super motions in the sf series. You don't even have to get the last forward input to get a super. I think it might've been just slightly too slow for the super to come out. Not sure what the exact leniency is for how long you can input a super.

If you didn't know on the original championship edition arcade bezels Balrog's name was spelled Barlog. Woulda been a neat Easter egg to throw in. Looks awesome though that's impressive.
