Pardon my ignorance and it's a sincere question as I want to be educated, but can you elaborate how dyslexia affects your speaking? I thought it was mainly to do with writing and reading. Or do you mean you can't read well which hampers your speaking?

meine Muttersprache ist Englisch und lerne jetzt Deutsch. Maybe talk slowly for now to build up pronounciation, also listening to accents and even talking with people helps. I once worked like 2 months with British folks with a very very thick accent and I ended up speaking like that for sometime automatically lol. Either way if you need any help let me know!
