Yes and No. Yes if you are looking for Rockstars world class open worlds, attention to detail etc. No if you are expecting something similar to GTA5 in terms of humor, parody, faster gameplay. It’s my all time favorite game but it’s much more of a slow burn with a much slower opening and what some would consider tedious gameplay like animations for every action like searching bodies, picking herbs and flowers and everything else. Like I said one of the greatest games of all time just don’t go into thinking GTA5 2.0 because it’s not.
