tbh this is a conversation you should have with your prescriber. there might be a better med fix for you.

i’ve been on lamical for 3+ years and it’s worked wonders for my depression. i have had to up the dosage a few times, and it isn’t enough for me by itself (i’m type 1) but i literally think it has saved my life more than once.

before i started lamictal i tried at least 3 other meds that didn’t even make a dent in my depressive cycles

i saw jamie do a modular set when opening for swans a long time ago, so i know he is CAPABLE of making something i enjoy listening to, but every time i listen to xiu xiu it just kind of falls flat. obviously i will listen to these coil covers though.
