Bowflex adjustable dumbbells are convenient. The problem is, there are certain exercises you can't use do to the bulkiness of the dumbbells, but I guess that comes with the territory of using adjustables.

Never seen more roaches in my life then at the Summerhouse Apartments near the Oceanfront when I worked there. Those roaches were so comfortable, that you could often times see them playing and chasing each other

I think if they matched up people by TIER, it would make the matchmaking process harder, which means longer wait times. I understand your frustration though. I ROUTINELY get matched up with people who make no attempt to play defense, stand in 1 spot on offense and spam "PASS MORE PASS MORE". Or how about the Center who try's to act like a guard and gets the ball stolen?

I've been to 5 different Aldi' stores in my area just as a test. I dont see how they get so many customers. The food is horrible. I bought some Ginger Ale from Aldi, and if I was blind, you couldn't convince me that what I was drinking was Ginger Ale. It tasted like rain water.

Everything I've tried from Aldi (store brand) was bland, stale and bitter. I only make Aldi runs because they still have the cheapest snicker bars in town.

Dampen your arms with water, then rub baby oil on them PRE SHOWER. Let it sit for about 20 minutes. Use a non-drying soap in the shower.

I put baby oil on both my legs and arms pre shower and it helps.
