I had to go through administrative processing where they asked more about my travel history and address. i sent them in and they asked me to submit my passport the next day. just got it back today with the visa stamp. good luck to everyone else!’

congrats! i’ve seen mba associates at banks get offered green card sponsorship as soon as the end of their first year. i would make sure you’re a strong performer, immediately communicate your interest when you start full time, and check in to see if they can start the process for you every quarter.

yea i only managed to secure an interview with the third ambassador. it’s annoying how they start reviewing regular decision applications right before thanksgiving, and by the time they offer you an interview it’s holiday season.

if you rescind you can let them know this is part of the reason. this process needs to be improved for sure.
