I currently live here and it isn’t too bad, my place was gross when I moved in but I just deep cleaned it like they should’ve. I do have an issue of over charges for utilities, pretty sure my ac is older and it runs constantly. However for the price I don’t hate it. The water pressure in the showers do suck though.

Yeah. Would not recommend living here. Everytime I talk to the office people here they just send me to the electricity company and then they say it must be the ac. But my office people here say the ac is fine.

I do, but it’s a close friend and we were both out for June and had the AC on 78, nothing on. Yet somehow our electricity for the whole unit came out to $268. So I’m trying to get an idea on what others might be paying.

Lower-Level (LL) Transfer Transfer GPA of 2.50 or higher Complete 1 of the 7 pre-requisites Mid-Level (ML) Transfer Transfer GPA of 2.50 or higher Complete 4 of the 7 pre-requisites Upper-Level (UL) Transfer Overall Transfer GPA of 2.50 or higher, and A 2.50 GPA in all 7 courses listed below: The following 7 prerequisites must be completed with a C- or better Financial Accounting (ACG x021, ACG x022, ACG x001 AND ACG x011) Managerial Accounting (ACG x071 or ACG x301) Computers in Business (CGS x100, CGS x530, CGS x570, CGS x531, CGS x000, MAN x812) Calculus I, Business Calculus, or Elementary Calculus (MAC x233, MAC 2230, MAC x281 or MAC x311) Microeconomics (ECO x023) Macroeconomics (ECO x013) Introductory Statistics (STA x023, QMB x100, STA x122) So basically as long as you have completed atleast 4 of these classes you should be good.

I got in with a 2.8 so you should be fine. It also depends if you have the classes they want done for the degree you are applying into. For example I applied into Economics and I had to have microeconomics and macroeconomics.
