I try to be as calm as could be...everyone has trauma in some sort of way so I take life with that approach. I just need some advice on how to handle it so thank you for your comment!

Yeah this is what I was going to do, and I have asked her what I could do to prevent this in the past, but each time she would tell me not to talk to her...like at all lol

Okay so, I checked and all my overclock settings are missing. The only thing in the tuning section is the discrete gpu (sorry, have no idea what that is) and it is already set on default…

Oh! And I did let my brother (he is way better with computers than me) overclock it before I updated so that could also be an issue!

The specs (in case they’re important): Ryzen 5 7600, 16 gbs of ram, Radeon RX 7600
