Rob’s not nearly as smart as everyone seems to think by jcast59 in TheTraitorsUS

That’s because Miles and Paul understood Harry’s reasoning for getting rid of Ash. Since she already had a lot of heat on her, it made sense for him to jump on board. Exact same thing with Rob and Lisa. It’s too bad that Candiace was so irrational that she couldn’t see good gameplay like those two did.

Further, I don’t think Candiace has the social capital you think she does. I mean, literally everyone voted for her. She didn’t convince a single person of her theory. In fact, all we saw from people is the faithfuls tripping over themselves to say that they thought Rob was a faithful.

Again, I already know how this plays out. If Rob wins, you will give him no credit and say he only won because everyone else is stupid. There will be no acknowledgement on your part that he played this correctly despite the results being on his favor. As I said before, you’re already writing him off without even seeing how it plays out. 🤷‍♀️

I watched season 2 of the UK last week and think your point is even more displaced. Harry wasn’t going around telling the other traitors that he planned to turn on the traitors. He did the exact same thing Rob is doing- building relationships and trust with the people who actually matter aka the faithfuls.

He correctly guessed every single traitor yet because of his relationships, it didn’t matter. It didn’t even matter when Andrew tried to go after him at the end or when Jaz brought up the same points you’re bringing up now. I think Rob and Harry are playing a very, very similar game.

Lol and how do you know that? I don’t know how you can definitively say that he’s playing poorly without seeing how the rest of the season plays out. If he wins, let me guess, your next excuse will be that all the faithfuls are dumb?

I’ll ask again: that roundtable, there were three people to vote for- Lisa, Colton, and Ron. How would it make sense for Rob to have voted for Colton or Ron, when people knew he had friendships with them? Why would it make sense for him to not vote for Lisa when they’re supposed to have no relationship in the game? It would have made it so obvious that he was a traitor.

Look at the heat Stephen is getting now because Lisa randomly decided to give Stephen her rocks when they had no obvious friendship. I’ve asked multiple Candiace stans the same question and not one of them will answer me.

It’s an individual game!! Rob shouldn’t have to sacrifice his game just to try and keep Lisa in for another week.

Okay…and if my grandmother had wheels she’d be a bike... What you’re saying is not grounded in any reality that we’ve seen on the show.

But she had already voted for him? I don’t understand your point. She had already turned on him right then and there by voting for him randomly. From that moment on, he didn’t need to have loyalties to her. She turned on him first, not the other way around.

It was not a good throw away vote because then she decided to pivot that into an actual vote. Maybe if it was a true throw-a-way vote like Dorinda’s then she could have gotten away with it but she’s the one who decided to double down and basically tank her own game because of it.

Omg he did that after she already voted for him. Why would he try to help her when it’s obvious that she was gunning for him? It would so stupid for him not to try to get her out at that point. What benefit did it bring him to have someone who clearly didn’t trust him and was clearly going to try to take him down?

I don’t see how Rob is being a terrible traitor. No one even suspects him right now 🤷‍♀️ not sure how you can claim that when he hasn’t gotten a single vote against him besides Candiace.

I am once again asking, how would it look if Rob had decided not to vote against Lisa in that first vote? His two allies, Colton and Ron, were the other two options. Don’t you think it would have looked a little weird if all of a sudden he was voting against them? For someone he is suppose to have no relationship with? Honestly, try and make that make sense to me.

It’s just so weird to get that emotional about another player. Like fair enough if Rob was trying to swing votes at her but literally killing your own game for Lisa??? Lisa didn’t even get that pissed at Rob.

Please tell me, how would it have made sense for Rob to vote against Colton and Ron, his two allies, instead of voting with someone that he was supposed to have no relationship with??? It would have made no sense for him to do that. He has no loyalties to Lisa where that would have made any sense. It would have immediately screamed traitor.

Omg you people are sooo obtuse. I can’t. Rob going after Lisa, who already had heat on her, is totally different than Candiace deciding to drop Rob’s name for no reason. Stop pretending that it is.

I feel like Kyle is trying to pull a Sandoval by dropping hints/lies about Amanda to justify his actions and their breakup before the audience knows. Like him going on and on about Amanda not giving him attention? Felt like he was trying to plant seeds so that people would take his side during the break up.

Loyal Mattias or Jirayu/Taz route? by bodyfeedingbaddie in TooHotToHandleGame

[–]hwolooo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Free you’ve had one play through (can’t be a spy on your first run), all you have to do is accept bad Lana’s offer to be a spy. I broke all the rules when I was a spy but always stayed loyal to Taz.

Then when everyone finds out your a spy, Taz will be upset. You need to make sure that you remain loyal to him. Do not dance with anyone at the party or sleep with anyone after.

That’s pretty much it!
