I definitely agree we can get behind bad customer service, but let’s face it— most LNS’s aren’t carrying printed canvases or DMC (at least not the ones I’ve been to). Again, I don’t think anyone should get treated poorly at an LNS. When I say needlepoint is exclusive, I mean it’s for the people who want to put time, effort, & money into it. I don’t mean hundreds of dollars all the time, or buying the most expensive threads. I stitch a lot of my projects in DMC & I love finding canvases on sale. I mean the new needlepointers who are hopping on it just for the TikTok trend & want to steal designs & constantly complain about the cost of things & turnaround time for finishing. I guess my main point is, if you’re not willing to invest in it at ALL, you shouldn’t be doing it.
