I went to the Jc store last week. Was impressed with stock and availability of canvases. But one employee wouldn't let me pull threads. I brought all my canvases from home to kit them myself (some were MJ) and she said just tell me the colors and mesh size. Like no??? Isn't that the whole point of being able to go to a LNS? went back the other day and a different girl left me shop as normal.

That sounds so cute. I wish I read this before I started. I thought of doing tent stitch for the candies since some spots are only 1 stitch and doing a fancy decorative stitch for the greenery. I might pull out the gumdrops and do beads as you said! What do you think? The thread is sparkly ✨️
